Discussion Group?

I am seriously contemplating the idea of starting a Yahoo Group for readers and bloggers alike. It would be a place where we could discuss how to use various blog sites, as well as what we're reading. Maybe even a place for authors to come and find those of us that like to review new authors and do interviews and giveaways. I am wondering if this is something that anyone would be interested in actually joining and participating in?
