My Rating: A
My Review:
The third installment in a wonderful saga, Eclipse is a wonderful book. The characters are so well rounded and so easy to love, it's no wonder there's a whole community dedicated to them on the internet!

Edward's love is so believable and raw that it brings tears to my eyes and the way that Ms. Meyer writes makes my breath catch whenever the character's does. Watching Jacob grow as both boy to man and into a werewolf is like watching someone I love develop.

I will say, that I think the book dragged just a bit in the middle, but not enough to worry about. I also personally (again, this is just my opinion) didn't agree with some of the choices that Bella made when it came to Jacob, but by the end of the book I saw some of the point and where it could lead.
I am anxiously waiting for August 2d to read Breaking Dawn

  2. It's a great series.I highly recommend it.

I haven't read Host yet. Though I intend to some day. It's a bit more of a stretch for me, so we'll have to give it time.

  6. Well, I have a live journal as well. If that counts. I guess that probably counts. I just wanted a place to have all of my reviews. I like sharing my thoughts on books, as I love books very much.

    Um, what is a spotlight?

  10. I've noticed on the Blogger Blog Roll that it won't update. I've tinkered around with it and found out that you have to delete J. Kaye's Book Blog from your blog roll and enter this URL:

    http://feeds.feedburner.com/JKayesBookBlog

    That should work.
